Pricing Information


  • Saturday: $3,250  (10:00 am - Midnight)

  • Friday & Sunday: $2,750 (10:00 am - 11:00 pm)

  • Monday - Thursday: Please call for pricing information.

No event is too large or too small at The Farmstead.  Please call for pricing for any non-wedding events, such as corporate events, birthday parties, proms, etc.

*A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.  Please note, all events are required to purchase event insurance (Wedsafe Liability Insurance).

*We offer a 10% discount for military, educators (K-12), police & firefighers.



  • 4,250 sq ft climate controlled venue

  • 14 hours of rental time for Saturday events & 13 hours of rental time for Friday/Sunday events (Please allot 1 hour for cleanup)

  • Indoor & outdoor ceremony/reception locations

  • Tables and white chairs to accommodate 160 guests (maximum capacity is 220)

  • Outdoor benches for ceremony seating (chairs can also be utilized for outdoor ceremonies)

  • Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs

  • Cake table, gift table & 3 banquet tables

  • Full access to preparation kitchen

  • Indoor bar (Bartending service must carry liability coverage)

  • Bridal suite with private bathroom

  • On-site manager

  • Parking assistant/event security

  • 1 hour bridal/engagement portrait session

  • 1 hour rehearsal *dependent upon availability

  • Free choice of vendors *preferred vendors available upon request
